Potbelly - Laurel

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and the food was good once I received it. However, the delivery experience was not great. The estimated delivery time was 3:15pm, but the Potbelly bag was already on my porch before 3:00 without any notification. The delivery person did not ring the doorbell or knock on my door. They also placed the paper bag on the wet doormat, even though all the concrete around it was dry. Additionally, they placed the bag in front of the door, blocking the opening. This made it difficult to open the door without damaging the contents of the bag. It's important to consider that someone with limited mobility may have placed the order. Some common sense and consideration would have been appreciated.

After a client meeting, I decided to grab a quick lunch at this restaurant and asked for my receipt for my expense report. When I paid, the machine prompted me to leave a tip for the staff, which I generously did with $3.00. However, when I went to reconcile my expenses, I noticed that the amount charged was different from what was on the receipt. I reached out to the store for a corrected receipt but was met with unhelpful responses like "My manager isn't here" and "I don't know when she'll be back." Due to not having a correct receipt, I will not be reimbursed for my meal. Sadly, I will no longer be able to dine at Potbelly's due to their lack of customer service and inability to provide correct receipts.

I have to say, Potbelly is a great choice. The ingredients and options are top-notch, and everything is cooked to order. The staff is friendly and efficient. The only thing that could improve is adding some live music to enhance the atmosphere.

The food was good this a review for the service. The female worker making my sandwich was rude. If she mad at her job maybe she should look else where for work.

Every time I go in great customer service sandwiches done right in front of you everything in there is delicious
