Little Caesars Pizza - Laurens

Love the Italian bead, crazy bread and pretzel pizza crust with cheese sauce!!!!! Yummmm!!!!

So I chose to stop by, and pickup a pizza. Because as the commercial states their Hot N Ready pizza is supposed to be just that READY! I walked in, and was never spoken to. I stood there while the guy handed out everyone’s food that was already in there. He looks at me, and says “I’ll be with you in just a minute”. Then the phone rang, and of course he answered to take their order. So as soon as he hung up after (20-25 minutes)I said I would like a Hot N Ready pepperoni pizza please. Would you believe he had the nerve to tell me it would be 25 more minutes that they just received an order for 15 pizzas, and I had to wait. I was furious!! He definitely needs to take a customer service class, or something.

Shift leader Jenni and her associate didn’t handle their mistake correctly. I ordered a pizza it was made wrong they told me to keep the pizza they messed up and they would remake . I waited outside for 15 minutes just to be told to bring the original pizza back in and that they never put my order back in the oven . Atleast they were nice enough to process my refund .

One of the girls claims she a manager but look like a little child messes up orders all the time and have the nerve to have an attitude and cuss at customers when ask to correct the order ridiculous every time I pull up they outside smoking never washes hand after returning to work unsanitary ?? stuffed crust with no cheese just disappointment

We ordered the extra most best pepperoni with stuffed crust they said they don’t do that.. that’s what we been getting for years!! And all of a sudden they say they don’t sell it that way, so I’m told to order the crazy crust pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni, the extra most best is only 7$plus, the single pizza they tried to sell me was 14.29, I’m not paying that for one pizza, I ordered 2 and they give me 1? I’m dissatisfied, and won’t go back, I don’t like being lied to, or treated like I’m stupid, you just lost a customer, don’t go to Lauren’s little Caesar’s
