Arby's - Laurinburg

So they included the straw and condiments. But the fries were barely warm and Arbys usually does better with fresh fries. The Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich was ok, but I should have ordered the roast beef. The chocolate shake was good.

Not a fan of the Greek gyro. Love the roast beef, the apple turnovers are awesome, and the milkshake still incredible. But they keep forgetting to pack the straw. This is my second order in a row with no straw. Sad.

The food is excellent! The milkshakes are delightful with their creamy, smooth flavor, and the chicken is perfectly crunchy and juicy.

The fries were cold when we received them, and despite the driver arriving quickly, they seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The beef and cheddar sandwich had barely any cheddar cheese at all. However, the rest of the food was excellent!

The bag was sealed, and they included a straw for the chocolate shake along with napkins. The Classic Roast Beef was tasty, but unfortunately, the fries were cold. The order arrived quickly, so I suspect they had been kept in the warmer for too long. On a positive note, the shake was delicious. However, I'm still frustrated about the noticeable reduction in size. A large milkshake now comes in a medium cup, and there's no discount for it. That's disappointing.
