Brasserie L'ardoise - Lausanne

It used to be a wonderful restaurant with excellent food at reasonable prices. Since they changed the cook, the quality has decreased dramatically. You read the composition of a plate and most of the time you can not feel half the taste announced. If the place wanted to give a few chances, then again were several times and every time a deception was unfortunately. The quality of the meat is not good. Some vegetables were cooked raw. They do not even harass their daily menus online on time. It's too bad!

High quality food, locally selected and usually organic, you cannot go wrong with the taste here. The menu is small and very selective, which makes it really easy to choose and also makes it more attractive. Prices are relatively high, but once you eat there you understand why. Service is also great, very simple, friendly and fast. We really enjoyed this place, so if you are looking for new places to eat in Lausanne try l'ardoise.

Köstliche Küche, schöne Auswahl an Weinen, exzellenter Service. Das Pistazien-Salzbutter-Karamell-Tiramisu war großartig.

I prefer to stay in the Restaurants Hotel for dinner. And the Ardoises was very good. I folllowed the suggestions of the waiter and had a very good tasty meal !

Bad service, nothing special, waste of time . We ordered beef fillet with hand cut fries. Beef was ordinary and fries weren’t hand cut . Ice cream was ordinary.
