Happy Bowl Lausanne

I liked the the standard Japan bowl, although I think it would have been better with rice instead of quinoa. The ingredients were fresh, the portion size good and the presentation excellent. The labelling is pretty bad, though, you can only see what's vegan on the allergen list on their website, nothing is marked vegan on site.
