SUSHIZEN Palace - Lausanne

The food is way below average: starters are tasteless, half of the description is missing (we ordered a starter which was supposed to come with some flavoring and ended up having raw fish). Clearly overpriced for a below average Japanese, especially given the alternatives we have in Lausanne.

I wouldn't say this is authentic Japanese food but the taste was ok, standard. Good service and lovely ambience.

Appetizers very extremely unappetizing,sushis are really below average and definitely not worth the price. Couldn’t even finish the cocktails. Very disappointed

Being a big fan of the Japanese cuisine, I found this restaurant the best of the canton of Vaud. I highly recommend to everyone that love sushis. Furthermore of the excellent service I’ll for sure come back often.

The Resturant in inside the Lausanne palace hotel. Food is top quality. Lenorando from Italy was very helpful. This one of best visits to jap Resturant even better than Singapore or Tokyo. Udon and soba noodles were perfect. Miso soup and spicy edamame was perfect. The sushi and make all were superb.
