Ein paar Tische in einer zen und ruhigen Atmosphäre und Dekoration, klimatisiert, und eine Bar, wo Sie sehen können, der Koch bereiten in der Minute die großen Gerichte des Tages: marinierte Kohl, kuschelige à combava, Gemüse der Sonne rissod, kleinem Spelz, ... wir haben in einem rohen Dessert Kuchen mit Himbeere, sehr frisch und leicht schmeckt. der Koch freut sich, seine Leidenschaft und Kreationen für unser größtes Glück zu teilen. Zeit!
A very warm welcome of the chef. He's very passionate about food and it was all very tasty. The prices are too high for what you get though. I get that this restaurant is situated in a very expensive establishment but imo you can only ask so much for vegetables... We didn't have any seitan etc, it was just vegetables but well prepared. Would consider coming here more often if the prices were more reasonable.
Amazing little restaurant only found it because of other reviews. Not easily found but just ask the hotel reception. We turned up for lunch without reservations. Delicious meal and great chef! The flavours are just so well mixed! My non vegan partner liked it a lot: „Seems very healthy and still fills you up and is super tasty.“ Definitely gonna come back if I ever find myself in the city again.
Daily changing menu with made-fresh vegan food lovingly prepared by the chef, Jeremy. We loved how he took the time to carefully explain each dish to us and how he prepared each item on our plates. The food here is truly a work of art both visually and in terms of taste. We are so glad to have stumbled upon this place while visiting the area, and truly couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. This is truly the best of the best of vegan food in Switzerland. This is a must-visit if you’re in the area; I’ve truly never experienced vegan food as good as this anywhere else in Europe. Updated from previous review on 2023-07-11
