Copper Branch - Laval

Make sure to review your receipts. We ordered a burger and fries combo but were charged for individual items. Additionally, when we ordered a poutine, it was automatically set to a large size without our consent. The cashier had a bad attitude, which makes us think this may have been intentional. This is not a good look for Copper Branch. It's disappointing because we have been fans of their food for years.

Nice alternative for musulman as everything is vegetarian First time trying it I only tried tacos which wasn't that great but still have hope for the burgers next time maybe..

I normally love cooper branch but I have wrote to the company directly a few times without any response. The manager there (tall Asian man) is extremely rude. always in a bad mood, I had my copper branch card he is not even able to explain how it works, portions are way smaller. Almost not putting avocado or being super rude when asked questions. I work in the service industry as a fellow manager, he is so unprofessional and rude and with all the complains the company has about him, I do not get why he still there. He is a detriment to your company and I avoid going there when he is there. In the other hand the girl who is there at night time is very nice and pleasant to talk to. I only go when she is there. I work at the mall and I am there 40 hours a week and to avoid going when you like a product because of the staff is really sad. As a company you should do better.
