The worst! eating was not good. very small part. even I tipped well when I complained, the cook told me that they didn't auto if I didn't come back or any other costumer.

I paid about $9 for 2 mini spring rolls. they were good tho, but not worth the price and wait (15min.)

Cooking rice is perfect! authentic flavors and good taste.

Good, quick service. The portions are much smaller than the other Pho 28 location. Compared to any other vietnamese restaurant, these portions are TINY, considering this, the price is much too high. Go to the other location!
