Pho Mymy - Laval

I used to enjoy coming here, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The service was terrible; the staff hardly spoke to us. The meat tasted burnt, and the soup was hot while the wontons were cold. I can't recommend this place anymore.

The service was average, but the pho was quite good. I would definitely come back. Update: They've reduced the portion sizes due to shrinkflation.

The pho was delicious, and the shrimp were quite good. My daughter really enjoyed the boba. Overall, it was a great value for what we received.

The food is delicious... When properly cooked.I had a good first experience eating there. The food was delicious, service was decent, and the place was very clean. I ordered from them 2 times trough DoorDash since.The first time went fine. Second time was full of problems.They gave the wrong order to our DoorDash delivery guy(they gave him a clearly identified Skip the Dishes order too). When we called the restaurant to let them know, they said they still had our order ready and nobody had come to pick it up yet.We finally managed to get our order nearly 2 hours late, it was cold, and one of my grilled chicken pieces was completely raw in the middle. Not just undercooked, but raw; deep pink and chewy.I would have given a good 5 stars to this restaurant based only on my first experience there.Unfortunately I have to remove a star for not being more careful with handling online orders, and remove 2 stars because undercooked chicken is a serious and unacceptable health hazard.
