Feedback gevenI went here for caramel carretto and the cashier/ barista didn't know how to process a coupon. I had to pay full so people in line didn't have to wait.
My friend and I walked in and a woman greeted us but then walked away while talking on her phone (I didn't see or hear her, but my friend did). We waited for a while, but she never returned to take our order. So, we decided to leave. Also, it was quite cold inside! The air conditioning was way too strong.
The cappuccino I had was disappointing, and when I approached the barista to request either more espresso or a drink change, she refused, stating it wasn't their policy. At other places, I've found they are more accommodating—usually offering to adjust the drink or provide a refund. This experience has left me feeling upset, and I won’t be returning. Their customer service is truly lacking, and I was even considering ordering dessert, but that idea is out the window now!
The coffee is decent but overpriced. However, it’s still an improvement over Starbucks.
The coffee was very disappointing, and the tuna wrap didn't stand out at all. The staff were also not very friendly.
