Tim Hortons - Laval

One of the worse Tim Horton I have been to. During the rush hours, they never have enough food ready eggs, potatoes).I ordered bagel with butter abd cream cheese Philadelphia..I paid, I noticed the lady put the bagels into the toaster.. A man right behind me orders 2 salads to go.. The food preparation lady starts preparing the salads normally cold).. While my bagels are getting cold off the toaster.. After almost 2 minutes looking at how she was preparing the salads ordered after me... And looking at my bagel cooling off, I asked the cashier.. My bagel please?As you can imagine.. My bagels were now cold and by putting Philadelphia cream they just turned freezing.. At least to my taste.Instead of making me new bagels nice and hot,, I was handled the bagels cold.. I took my order.. And I simply throw it in the garbage.. And sat down to write this review.. They didn't even notice what I did.. So I left.18h20The story is as written. And such order has no priority over bagels passed by the toaster 1 minute earlier.. It was also an ordered placed before the salads.Consequently, as I mentioned above.. My bagel was cold because it stayed 2 minutes off the toaster and now was prepared with Philadelphia cream cheese normally fresh and butter. ?‍

Worked here for two years (supervisor during the weekend) and the management is amazing very considerate and helpful, my coworkers are amazing as well. Very good job for your first summer job and/or during the school year.I can promise you, the service is fast and efficient, our customer service is amazing and our drinks/food never disappoints:)We also try to clean the restaurant whenever we have a second to insure the cleanliness inside of the restaurant

One of the worse Tim Horton I have been to. Slow, orders 50% of the time wrong. During the rush hours, they never have enough food ready (eggs, potatoes). Rude people at the cash. They are always talking between each other while we are ordering, so they never take our orders right. Even worse when the owner is there, he simply doesn't seem to care

Fast and effective (never missed an order)…Super service by the 3 girls behind the counter every morning! No drive trough but faster in and out than other tim’s with a drive through ?
