In fact, this restaurant is a beautiful Victorian house located near the St.Lawrence River in the small village of Lavaltrie. the speciality of the house is roasted chicken and it is delicious served in every way. In the summer, there is a beautiful large flowery terrace. It's always nice to meet you in good company for dinner or dinner. The kitchen is varied, there are different dishes as succulent to each other. I like the sausage of bison, boar or duck served with good fries and vegetables or a good steak or well crunchy squids as an entry. The welcome is warm and the owners are always there to receive us with a smile and tell us a good word and that is what we love, my spouse and I. If you walk along the river and find yourself at the lavaltrie, stop at the roasting to enjoy an excellent meal.
