Traditional menu with discreet choice. Careful dishes with good quality of ingredients. Owners and staff available and very kind. I discuss the value for money. Congratulations!
Exquisite lunch, kindness and exceptional availability by the managers despite a particularly chaotic day.
Besides the fact that the food arrived late, and we knew after 20 minutes that they no longer have the kind of meat we chose, the waitres much less professional and the food did not deserve the money.... very disappointed
The resort looks good, with pretty clean and neat environments. It overlooks the connecting route between the hamlets but also with views of the mountains in front. Wanting to be more precise about the different things: swimming pools: the outdoor one is well-kept and clean, as well as the garden. I think I remember she was heated, but she wasn't. The indoor pool rather small but with access both from the inside and from the outside. More heated than the previous one, but it could be even more, my children died from the cold. room: we had a rather large place, we were four of which two children under five years. We slept well, but there was a chair or a desk without the fridge under which the seat would be better. The chairs and the table outside rather misguided than everything else. children's room: on the site there is written brand new but the benches detached risking you to fall on the ground. The animation was not quite of quality, since there were only two/three girls a bit at the landing trying to prepare games. Children went out of the room without control or request permission, not just the maximum safety. I'd be upset. food: excellent. You eat well, with abundant portions. Local products, menus of different types. Great flaw: the buffet menu: there was written that there would be a servant to serve, for safety and hygiene, while it was all free and access without control, with people rovising between the bare-handed bread, put food in the dish and so on. courtesy and availability: undoubtedly courteous and kind, although sometimes they seemed to try to liquidate you quickly, but that could be the character of the north. Especially a very kind lady in the lobby and restaurant. Do not trust anyone when they give you directions, because all, and I say all, the indications of time and travel were then mistaken e.g. It takes 15 minutes to get to the dragon... We finally arrived after 45. And they knew children). Walks: it is easy to reach, on foot or by car, all the beginnings of the paths and walks.
