Feedback gevenGuys I went through there today and got myself a ripper sub combo. I’ve gotta be honest with you it was the most revolting thing that I’ve eaten for quite some time. The roll felt like it was three months old but it had been chucked in the microwave. And the chicken strips were slivers of chicken and then the rest of the roll was topped up with a mountain load of mayonnaise.These things were once really nice. Instead of dropping your quality put your price up. I hope you can do better
We recently started buying the fried chicken from Red Rooster as we discovered it is far superior to that of other fast food restaurants in the area. However, with our last two orders there have been problems; with one order we did not receive our coleslaw. Tonight we got our coleslaw, but it tasted disgusting and when I checked the packaging the sticker on the bottom stated it was to be used by 10pm on Wednesday the 13th, if it tasted off today, I can only imagine what it would taste like tomorrow or the next day or the next day. We will buy Red Rooster again but unlikely to get the coleslaw.
Waited over 30 minutes for fried chicken while everyone else who ordered after us got served. Staff were very rude to us and also gave us the wrong order. extremely rude manager and very slow service. Horrible.

Occasionally, there can be a wait in the drive-thru (I haven't dined inside), but the food is always fresh. My son absolutely loves the buttermilk chicken wings; we go there just for those. Thank you to the staff!
