Mcdonald's - Lavonia

I believe this is the worst McDonald's in north Georgia. Ordered my food from kiosk because nobody at the counter. Waited almost 30 minutes for a big Mac meal and they still forgot to make the lemonade I ordered. I went up to the counter and waited almost 5 minutes with nobody to come to the counter. I then had to proceed to yell towards the kitchen area to get somebody's attention and then got a attitude from the employee because I guess they actually had to deal with a customer for once. Worst design for a McDonald's cause nobody ever watches the front counter and you can watch the employees hide out of site so they don't have to actually get do what they are paid to do.

An assembly line restaurant shouldn't be sit-down-restaurant slow..

Only ordered a happy meal. Fries were not cooked all the way, the chicken nuggets were old, they forgot the milk, and when trying to get it from the counter the employee was more interested in playing on her phone. Made eye contact waved at her, and she went right back to her phone.the customer service at this location is why people think that fast food workers don't deserve more than minimum wage.

I ordered 2 burgers in the Drive-Thru and waited 40 minutes. Never received. Got a refund. Waste of time.

I was passing through from out of town and needed a quick lunch. Service was fast and friendly. The food was made fresh and was hot and delicious. Thank you Mcd's!
