Feedback gevenThe restaurant experience was inconsistent. There were moments of goodness, but also times where it fell short. The order was incorrect and when I tried calling to address the issue, there was no answer. This was frustrating. Overall, it's a bit of a gamble whether you'll have a positive experience or not.
If there was one way to leave a comment and zero stars, I would. that is absolutely the most dirty bk I've ever had. the windows are dirty to clean them. nothing works here, soda machine, icy machine, apparently the microshaft outside and most food we got was cold. here is not a single table clean and it looks like the same water they use to mop the floors is the same water they use to clean the windows.
I'm not a big fan of Burger King after my recent experience at the drive-thru. They didn't have the breakfast menu available and messed up our order. We ordered three croissant sandwiches, but one was missing the egg and the other only had sausage. Overall, it was a disappointing visit.
The northern lawrence store on the 2nd street is a embarrassment for the franchise! it is terrible and should be closed. I had bad experiences in this load repeated and always praised never to go back again! tonight I was in a hurry and drove through the journey. (no car in much, so not busy at all) I waited 16 minutes for a simple order of cheeseburger and pommes. the car in front of me was told that I was supposed to go over there for a bad job and was still there when I was gone. it was a sweat! eating was cold, no quitting (so I can't even tell them what transaction number it was, or how much they loaded my cc.) girl touched money, then touched my food, then touched her crooks, patted it down, then touched my food again. so rough! I didn't even eat it! I asked how does her ice machine come from service signs have out of order for 3 months said? she laughed and said no one cares, and I said I live in this neighborhood . come they bk, close this place, or pick it under control. read their own reviews! I'm sure people are sick, not a manager in the service, and no food security protocol is being followed. I call the district and the state of ks health departments!

Food was cold, no receipt (so I cant even tell you what transaction number it was, or how much they charged my CC). Girl was touching money, then my food, then touched her hair, patted it down, then touched my food again. So gross! I did not even eat it! I asked how come your ice cream machine out of service sign has said OUT OF ORDER for 3 months? she laughed and said nobody cares and I said I CARE, I LIVE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD . Come on BK, either close that place, or get it under control. Read your own reviews!!! I am sure people have gotten sick, no manager on duty, and no food safety protocol being followed. I am definitely calling the county and the state of Ks Health Departments!!
