Chick-fil-a - Lawrence

This was my first experience with this restaurant as a food delivery service, and it felt quite different from being an ordinary customer. There was only one cashier on duty, while around four customers were in the drive-thru line. Eventually, one of the managers came out to help the six couriers who were waiting patiently.

My only concern is that they pack all your orders into a single bag. If you have to carry it across town, the food cools down by the time you arrive since you can't seal the bag to retain the heat. I've even offered to pay for an additional bag.

Be sure to double-check your order before leaving the drive-thru. We asked for extra pickles on our chicken sandwich, but it arrived without any pickles at all.

We've had great experiences at this restaurant time and again. The staff is consistently courteous, the dining areas and restrooms are kept clean, and the service is usually quick. They have really perfected their drive-thru system and pricing. That said, it's worth noting that the parking lot is shared with a few other businesses, and some drivers can be unpredictable, weaving in and out of vehicles and changing lanes. So, it’s wise to be extra cautious while parking.

The staff was excellent, and the food was fresh—great job! Overall, I would rate it 4.9 stars. I gave the "atmosphere" three stars because there wasn't anything particularly outstanding about it. That said, the place was clean, and the staff seemed genuinely happy. Keep up the fantastic work!
