Grease ick!!!!! Undercooked bacon. We will not be back. Fruit was under ripe! No personal contact at all
We really like the burgers here, however, the service is terrible! We ordered on line since they don't answer the phone, I was told the phone hasn't worked for a week and a half. They answered on line our order would be ready at 12:07 pm, when i arrived to pick up order they said the order hadn't come in!! During the 20 minute wait, i watched the cook walk by fixing her hair, no gloves! I asked for the franschise owners name, only a first name Olvie or something! The order was ok, except for the paper inserted next to the lettuce! I am not blaming the young staff, the owner is to blame!
The food was amazing. The staff was very checked out didn't seem like they cared too much about the place. All of the tables were dirty. We ended up using napkins on our table to eat. The bathrooms were clean. They were out of milk, almond milk, blueberries and mushrooms.
My first experience with Flip’d. Ordered an impossible burger via the app for pickup. When I got the burger, it looked like a real hamburger so I drove back and they admitted they were out of the impossible patties and had given us a beef patty instead. This is not an acceptable substitution to make without telling the customer. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Thankfully this was only a preference but what if I had an allergy to beef? They apparently don’t take allergy safety seriously here.They made me a harvest sandwich as a replacement but it wasn’t good. I will not be returning.Great first impression.Vegetarian options: Ignored vegetarian preferences and served beef without telling us.Dietary restrictions: Don’t eat here with dietary restrictions. They don’t care and will serve you whatever they want.
