Mcdonald's - Lawrence

This McDonald's is terrible. I haven't eaten all day and was hoping for a good meal, but that was not the case. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old, dirty oil. I couldn't even call to complain because the phone was out of order. If I were you, I would look for another McDonald's. So frustrating!

Redesign has transformed the dining area. My McDouble was quite good, though it might have had a bit too much salt and pepper. It was fresh and crisp. The staff was very friendly. Overall, it was more consistent than the Taco Bell across the street.

I don't eat fast food often, and each time I do, I'm reminded why. I ordered the deluxe chicken meal, only to find that the chicken patty was smaller than a McChicken patty and quite gristly. Prices keep going up, but the quality isn’t improving. The staff here are friendly and the restaurant is always clean, but I’d recommend spending a few extra dollars at a place that will treat your body better. The three stars are solely for the staff, not for the food. Great job, McDonald's team!

The worst mcdonald’s in the city. I have received food that was really unusable at several different locations. Last time I left, we were in the drive thru and they wouldn't say anything or talk to us or acknowledge us. they were open to definitiw, and then some randomly drunk girls walk in the car behind us to hurry, which is not the fault of the restaurant, but it is still annoying to be shouted by strangers, because mcdonalds coworkers decided to ignore them from no reason. the personal here is incapable and obviously does not know how to eat. this is the only assessment I have ever written for a business because I literally have bark with this mcdonald now.

Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable of the food and drink items served here. Fast and friendly service. Staff also remembers customers and are very polite. Definitely woul recommend this McDonald's to anyone.
