Taco Zone - Lawrence

On the day of the event, the Taco Zone team was incredible. They were attentive and even ensured that the water and tea were constantly refilled, despite it not being included in their contract. Coco managed to clean up everything and pack up the leftovers, which made things so much easier for us. Now, let's get to the most important part of the review: our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the food was! We started with elote dip, fruit skewers with tajin, and a chips and guacamole bar for cocktail hour, all of which were a hit. For dinner, we served Chicken Verde Tacos, Conchitas Pibil (pork), and Veggies Verde tacos, along with an off-menu Mexican rice side that was absolutely amazing. The microgreens and kale salad were equally delicious. Overall, I give Taco Zone a 10/10 and highly recommend them. The communication was excellent, and their follow-through was even better! If you're planning an event, definitely give Coco a call.

I’m not the best at writing reviews for my favorite restaurants, but Taco Zone has inspired me to change that! They truly deserve all the praise! My partner and I both have celiac disease and eat here almost every week. Everything is consistently delicious, and we’ve never, ever had any concerns about gluten contamination. The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly quick!

We had Taco Zone cater our family reunion for 30 people, and everything was amazing! They arrived right on time and set up quickly. There was an abundance of tacos, toppings, chips, and guacamole, and everyone loved the food! I would definitely recommend them!

One of the best fast casuals downtown in Lawrence. It's a bit of a wait during lunch but not long. They have a rotating filling menu. I love the nachos Royale with the lengua.

This rating is like 5 years overdue. I came here regularly to eat what feels like a decade, and this is without asking the best place to eat in lawrence. order everything, it's all so good. my favorite and top recommendation is huhn nachos. also the queso is from this world (and the chips themselves are something of their own university of quality.) if they like margaritas, they will be the one with which they compare all others. if any all amazing foods and still reasonable prices were not enough, there is the personal led by the one and only brad our family marked most beautiful people in lawrence. many thanks for all good meals, taco zone. and thank you for always inviting for me and my crazy family. love!
