She apologized but never offered to remove it and kept it on my bill. Although I hadn’t eaten any of it. I left both copies of the bill behind. I did not tip out of frustration for the excessively long wait and bad service and they preceded to add a tip themselves ~20%.Don’t waste your time! First and last time for me.
Top notch breakfast every time! Cute, clean place. Consistently good. Great coffee pastries too! Totally recommend. Their French toast and omelets are bomb!
The Roost has a great selection of breakfast items on the menu. They do the food very well. Biscuit and gravy are homemade fresh daily and the rest of the food was tasty. The service was spot on.
College town on a Sunday and very few options for breakfast. I felt prices where fine, could have done better on food taste. Empty building next door, with the crowds and wait times can pay for added space . Hope to see it expanded on next visit. I'd go back everytime, the food was good and quantities where awesome.
The Reuben sandwich, when prepared correctly, is outstanding. The problem is that sometimes they microwave the corned beef instead of grilling it. Management needs to tell the chef: No Microwaving!
