Kfc - Lawrenceburg

This was at Fulton, MS. Every time we go there they never have enough original chicken. We always have to wait 15 or 20 minutes for them to have original. Most of the time that is for no more than a total of 8 pieces of chicken. Something needs to becorrected. Also it does not have the regular taste of the Col. reciepe. They just need to tighten up.

You can actually get a decent chicken sandwich here at least about an inch thick the only thing I had issues here with was the cleanliness the place look like it had not been cleaned in a week I understand people I don't have a lot of workers right nowbut you got to clean your lobbies in your bathrooms!

We ordered a 16-piece family meal, but it came without the side of mac and cheese. After we got home, I called the restaurant and spent 20 minutes trying to get through to someone. Finally, a manager informed me that the only way they could remedy the situation was if I drove 20 minutes back to town to pick up the missing mac and cheese.

I was quite disappointed during my visit, as the employee preparing our order was not wearing gloves while handling our food. Additionally, the older woman at the drive-thru was quite rude. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

It’s best to move on from Reba. It just doesn’t sit well with me… I’d prefer to return to the other places I've visited.
