Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Giving a 2/5 only because the food was fine (once we got it). We stopped in on our way to Asheville for a quick bathroom break and snack. Restrooms were clean that was a plus. It took us 10 minutes just to order. I don't know why... it just seemed like everyone working was operating in slow motion. There was no sense of urgency or acknowledgment, lots of people seemed to be working. Then we waited for what felt like a long time, probably another 10 15. And we thought our order might be ready. It was sitting on a warming area behind the cashier. She was taking an order, and no one seemed to be helping her. She was incredibly slow and spoke so quietly. Finally another employee came up and someone asked for their order. It just took so long. Then we asked for ours. It was there, and had been for more than 10 mins. And then he didn't give us utensils in our to go order. Then nobody would acknowledge that I was asking for utensils. He gave 2 forks. A knife would've been nice. Just seemed like everyone was in la la land. And we were there for 40 mins. Should've taken 10.

Dirty restaurant- tables, floors stick to your shoes, ladies bathroom dirty..no management!

I needed a quick snack pulled up to drive thru for a large ice water and nibbler. Cashier told me I would be charged price of large soda for the water. I don't mind paying for the cup but seriously? I said no thank you and left. That is ridiculous.

Big Zax Snak Meal was good. For free too and even got a vanilla Diet Coke. Decent experience

Food was alright, but not what I ordered. I ordered 10 traditional bone in wings and got 10 chicken fingers instead.
