Arby's - Lawrenceville

The food was typical for an Arby's, but the drive-thru experience was disappointing. The speaker worked fine, but we ended up receiving less than half of our order after a long wait. Even after going back to clarify, the order still wasn’t right. What we did get was decent, but it felt like the staff just didn’t care.

I visited this location to dine in at 11:01 AM, but the front door was locked. I called the restaurant, but no one answered, even though I could see staff in the kitchen ignoring the phone while my child and I waited outside. I then went through the drive-thru to check if they were open for inside dining. The staff confirmed they were open, but when I mentioned that the front door was locked and that I had just called, she explained it was probably because she hadn’t unlocked it yet and was still preparing. She mentioned they opened at 10 AM. I pointed out that they had been open for over an hour but still hadn’t allowed customers inside, which made no sense. She went silent, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I went to another Arby’s where the doors were open and ready to serve us. I will never return to this location! If you’re open, you should have your doors unlocked! The purpose of arriving early is to prepare the store and be ready for your operating hours. The customer service here was terrible.

The sandwich was much better at this location, but it's clear that employee training needs improvement. If I hadn't kept the letter and envelope, I wouldn't have been able to redeem my coupon. I felt very uncomfortable being accused of using a fake coupon—who does that? It's extremely unprofessional. If Corporate is genuinely trying to make amends, they should ensure that all employees are informed about this process. While I appreciate Corporate's attempt at service recovery, it certainly put a damper on my overall experience.

The woman at the drive-thru was very friendly, and the gyro was delicious and packed with meat. I'm not sure why people dislike Arby's; I personally really enjoy it!

After leaving the restaurant, I decided to give the new Wagyu Beef Burger a try, and I have to say it was incredibly delicious. It was truly the best burger I've ever had, leaving me feeling satisfied and fulfilled. I also sampled the natural peach lemonade, which was very tasty.
