I was so excited to see that they are reopened and happy that the food is as good as it was always! The sourdough bread they bring to the tables is so delicious. Definitely not give up. Always satisfied with the cocktails. Lobster Bisque is something I'm here every time. It's just so good. Flavorful, rich, with light kick. The bruschetta sampler was fantastic, loved everyone. So much taste and bread was not too hard as some Bruschettas can be. Got the Pasta-Brio and loved her. Pasta was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Saucy, but don't drown. Chicken, mushrooms, spinach and paprika worked together so well. My father got the NY Strip that was perfectly cooked. The potatoes were silky and rich. The asparagus grilled to perfection and everything was perfectly seasoned. Sad to see her crème brûlée is gone, so we decided to try her vanilla gelato. Wow! I've never had such a silky creamy ice cream. Crazy how good it was. I'll probably get it every time. The staff is always friendly and attentive when I go.
Nice restaurant with decent menu. Really liked the shrimps on Auberginen-Starter and Steak-Salat, BUT the Pasta was really disappointing!! Anyway, I would give no less than 4 star ratings for the ambience, service and food!
The place has a large outdoor dining area, cozy and with a beautiful decor and view. The waiter was very friendly and professional and speaks many languages. The prices were typical and the dishes are medium-sized compared to many places in the USA serving huge dishes. They had only 5/6 types of wines, but good.
Brio Grille is quite standard at all locations. The ambience is good at night. New York Steak is definitely worthy and must try! Very expensive too!
I have eaten at Brio on two separate occasions and my experience has always been positive. The waiter (Gabe) was very kind and friendly, the food was delicious, well portioned, and the presentation was very nice. Definitely recommend for a night of fine dining or a special event.
