Charleys Cheesesteaks - Lawrenceville

We got the old skool and the Philly cheese steak. The former was very very cheesey; they were out of the hot pepper relish so maybe that would've made a difference. The Philly cheese steak was very good. The outside of the bread was crunchy and toasted, nice contrast to the inside.

The cheddar fries weren’t what I expected! They were dry even with the cheddar. However, the service was excellent overall.

This place has excellent service, high quality food, great prices, looks very clean and sanitary, and has a 100 on the food safety scale. I have had many great experiences with the staff there. For example one time I had ordered a 2 cheesesteaks, 2 drinks, and 2 fries for me and someone. I was having a hard time carrying all of it at once, and one of the employees stopped what they were doing and went out of their way to get me holder for the drinks and help me carry

The customer service was fantastic! I ordered a sandwich and forgot to request no onions, but they kindly remade my order. The food was incredibly tasty. I highly recommend visiting this place!

The employees who are preparing the foods need to change their sanitary gloves frequently. They brought the boxes from the back, cut and opened them with their gloves on, and then started to prep the toppings (tomato, lettuce, bacon, etc) with the same gloves on. I did not elevate this issue to the employees, but I threw their food into a garbage bin. Why do they wear sanitary gloves for? For food prep or working with boxes?
