Momo Sushi Steak House - Lawrenceville

I ordered the New York steak hibachi. We visited on a Saturday night, and it wasn't crowded at all. The rice had a delicious egg flavor, the steak was seasoned just right, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. Our server, Jojo, was very friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely be returning! <3

The sushi was drenched in so much sauce that it overwhelmed the actual flavor of the sushi. It was particularly frustrating since it wasn't a cheap meal. Our total bill, including the tip and service charge, exceeded $56, and all we ordered was a tempura udon and two sushi rolls. You've been warned: unless you're desperate, it's really not worth it. There are plenty of better dining options out there.

The sushi was excellent and very fresh. However, the service could have been improved. With only two tables occupied in the restaurant, it was surprising that it took so long for our food to arrive. I didn't expect to wait 15-20 minutes just for soup. It was a bit frustrating that the waitress kept clearing our table while we were still sitting there. On the bright side, they were very friendly and checked on us frequently after serving our meal. Update: I returned months later, and the service had greatly improved. The sushi was once again outstanding.

Amazing hidden gem. Food was delicious and the service was amazingly fast

After seeing their rating, I'm positive whoever made my sushi just didn't care because it was a door dash order or an hour from closing. Either way, it's a complete joke for the end piece of every roll to have nothing but rice/seaweed and a piece ofcucumber. And the completed ones were so mediocre. How does this place have a decent rating?
