Service at this location is horrible! Everytime I give then a chance it's an issue....a pick 2 half sandwich and soup should not run me $15! And the cashier ran my card anyways when I asked for breakdown of cost...she charged me for a whole sandwich ...then gave me a sorry and closed the drive thru window in my face...like I'm

This location is consistently disappointing. I keep hoping things have improved and decide to give it another chance. Yet, one morning, they had completely run out of bagels – no bagels available at 9 AM from a bakery is absurd. If you order through the drive-thru, be sure to check your order before you leave; I've experienced missing items almost every time I've visited. The outside may look new, but don't be deceived. It's best to keep driving; it's just not worth the hassle.

The restaurant is clean and offers excellent service. You can choose to dine in or take out. Parking is somewhat limited. The food is fantastic, and it's conveniently located right across from Publix grocery store.

The food here is decent, but the service is exceptionally slow. The pre-order process through the drive-thru is a complete mess. I waited in line for over 20 minutes with no option to leave. They should have a system to allow customers with complex orders to move ahead to a holding area so that the line can continue to flow. When I finally got to the window, I was informed that my order wasn't ready, despite having pre-ordered an hour earlier. I even received a notification that my order was ready while I was still waiting in the drive-thru. The clerk at the window realized she was handling the wrong order and eventually brought mine out. To top it all off, they forgot to include the salad dressing. After all that, I ended up with a salad without dressing. Overall, this business model is flawed. The prices are high, the food items are overly complicated, the flow is poor, and quality control is lacking. If you decide to pre-order, I recommend choosing in-café pickup to save yourself some time!

Everything was great until we got home and noticed that the chicken soup was only broth and some carrots.
