Feedback gevenI ordered my food through the online mobile app to earn my Pizza Hut reward points. The store called me to provide an update, informing me that they only had one driver available, which meant the delivery time would be longer than expected. They offered me the option to come pick up my order instead. I decided to go in and pick it up, and to my surprise, they waived the delivery fee without me even asking. This level of customer service is impressive, and I will definitely be ordering from them again!
