Shane Rib Shack - Lawrenceville

I'd never been to shanes but we happened to have some really interesting coupons in the car and driving by, decided to try it. I got a 4 rib rack with fries

Let me break this down so to provide the proper feedback for the BBQ lovers out there! I ordered the following.the 2-Meat meal special + a side of baby

Have been there many times and enjoy the foodWas there on 9/26 and all was good except the Brunswick stew which was very good but only lukewarm.

I have 2 meat plates. smoked half-hugging and smoked rib. both are very good, delicious, but no smoke tasted in the flesh. the ribs were good, I wouldn't say tender, but I would say fall out of the bone, tasty, chopped on sauce and I ate everything. I noticed a savoury floor in all the sauces I got. the beans were generic, the mac was good, cheesy and tasty as well. I would go back into consideration bbq, but for smoked food, I have no taste at all!

The first time I tried to eat, I ordered a rehearsal plate. the food was ok meat was on the dry side, and the mac and cheese had no crust or taste. Surprisingly, the loaded blacks were quite delicious and the best from my order. I am willing to try this place again, but must say the prices are a little higher than they should be.
