Arby's - Lawton

The food was good. the young lady who took our job was very polite. many loud unprofessional talks from the employees about the drive thru customers. could be heard throughout our entire meal.

Would have been great if we had gone, we would have got what we ordered, what the new knitterfries were, instead of Kurv seasoned pommes. the location is one to which they can not easily return so that we only had the curly pommes, now I don't care whether I slow down the line or not, I will inspect our order at the payment / before leaving the running gear thru.

Drive threw Waiting to order. She said wait. 3 min goes buy i said hello. She again said wait. 5 min later. Still waiting.

We went to the drive thru and ordered. The person helping us was rude and disrespectful. I asked to see the manager at the window, and she said she was the manager. I refused the order. Do better Arby's. We went across the street to Taco Bell, and recieved steller customer service.

Service was slow that day. The sandwich was very skimpy made with hardly any cheese. The food was fresh and hot though.
