Feedback gevenDespite this experience, my family and I decided to give the restaurant another try today. Unfortunately, even though we arrived well before closing time, we found that the food was still cold. I kindly suggest that the restaurant management read this review and consider addressing their food stations to ensure that the food is served at the right temperature. They may also want to consider serving smaller portions and refreshing them more frequently. Thank you.
It was $60 for 2 adults and 3 children! and eating was disgusting! everything was dry and chewy! the hen was soggy and dry. the ice rolls chewing. noodles cold and chew. fried rice was not fried and had 3 vegetables in the whole kiste. we were at 18 o'clock, so it should have been fresh. all 5 have 1 plate. there were 1 bits of everything we had to try to see if we liked something and left the rest on the table. even the lucky cookies were burned on the search!
I took my family out for dinner tonight, and it was a big disappointment. Most of the dishes were barely touched, and the food that was served looked and tasted like it had been sitting out since lunch. Even the sushi was soggy. I was surprised because there were many people dining there. My children were not happy with the food and my husband said he would eat something quickly as soon as we left. Now that we are gone, everyone is still hungry. I can only give this restaurant two stars because when I asked for a replacement, they brought out something else and also cut my bill in half since no one really ate much.
Cold food and wack selection to choose from. Please do better we need a good buffet other than Golden Corral
Owners are lovely, food is almost always hot and fresh and their take out rates are amazing.
