We had the ribeye. Poor cut of meat, with lots of silverskin and hardly any true marbling. Asked for medium rare, it was more like a medium/medium well, but without any searing or charring on the outside...tasted like it had been baked. Great salad bar, and great food!! The potatoes were my favorite!! They forgot my peach cobbler, but no biggie. LOVED the open big fireplace.
