Whataburger - Lawton

This was genuinely one of my worst experiences with customer service. Upon entering the restaurant, I ordered cheese fries, only to be met with a very rude employee who informed me that they only serve chili cheese fries. I explained that I don't eat meat and requested just plain cheese fries. What I received were cold fries topped with cheese that was even colder—literally just plain cheese straight from the fridge, without being heated at all. It felt utterly disrespectful to serve such a dish. Additionally, they charge for ranch and won’t provide it at the counter. If you're hungry, I seriously recommend going to Braum's instead.

The restaurant is open whenever I need it and offers a great variety of options. Most of the time, the staff is quite polite and helpful. However, there have been one or two instances where I encountered rude staff. Fortunately, those experiences have been rare enough that they haven't deterred me from returning.

The food was fantastic, although the service was somewhat slow. However, the flavors were delightful and the drinks were decent. The location is convenient, and they offer both drive-thru and dine-in options. Overall, it's an excellent experience!

Every time I've went to this Whataburger, the waits been astronomical. If you're expecting fast like Sonic or even McDonald's, think twice before going. Even when we've gone with only 1 car in front of us, we've had to wait much longer than any averagewait time for fast food. Foods good, but I wouldn't necessarily say it was worth the time. Staff are usually pleasant.

Donna in the Drive-thru was absolutely amazing, promote her. Courteous, professional and made sure she put everything I needed in the bag without asking. Hashbrowns overdone, but overall good quality.
