Feedback gevenI used to put with this Arby's despite service being usually slow, but it's really gone downhill lately. During our last attempt at Arby's, we arrived at the drive through at 9:50 only to be greeted by an automated message saying it was closed (supposed toclose at 10... It just seems evident that management doesn't really run this Arby's well. Too bad.
Covid is over, ridiculous its drive thru only. With no posting on the door. And if you are drive thru only, then you better be fast... because clearly.. . Your only taking one order at a time. Would never come if I didn't like the food.
I cannot remember the last time they didn't screw up our order. The lobby is not open, so you have to go through the drive thru. Check your order before you leave the window. Otherwise, you will have to go through the drive thru line again and most of yourfood will be cold by the time the order is correct.
Been going to this location for 2 years. Even after covid the service has been incredibly slow. Expect to wait 15 to 20 mins in the drive thru Even if there's only 1 car ahead of you. Typically my order is wrong also. Other locations are much better. Don'tgo unless you have a while to wait.
Slowest Arbys i have ever been too.. if you had someone running things right you would get much more business. Literally stuck in parking lot because we cant get out. Due to slow drive through. If i owned this arbys i would be angry knowing 3 times asmany people could have came through.
