I officially remove this place from my list of places to go to layton. Sorry since I'm regular.

No matter where we travel, I always land in cafe rio, they have the best Mexican food around!
Great place for lunch. huge portions and good eating. I come from California, where you can't walk on the road without running into a taqueria. I miss Mexican food so much, and cafe rio is a great replacement in a condition where no one seems to know what Mexican food is.
I love this food. Good service. Next to street vendors, this is the most legitimate Mexican food that I have eaten in the states as of now. I was suprised. I would recommend the sweat pork burrito with black beans, mild sauce, and smothered enchilada style with a lemonade. It's a sweet treat.
