Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We got take out. Food was good. They didn't give us our complete order. Disappointed

The style of food just isn't my thing. I'm just not a southern food, home cooked meal person. For me the food was ok but not amazing. The service was excellent and my mother really enjoyed the gift shop. Honestly the staff made this place. They were so friendly and kind. If this is the type of food you enjoy then I would give it a chance.

The waiter was very attentive and had amazing customer service.

I'm so sad to say one of my use to go to places has gone down so bad not only in service from manager but food. I ordered take out because we love warm fresh biscuits what so then we stated to add to the meal they give you an extra spin if you order pancakes which is not my normal thing anyways they packed everything but the pancake syrup. The next day I thought that's ok I had syrup at home welp I ordered a $6 tale home country fried chicken they didn't tell you its cold yuck!! It tasted Like pork chops and when I called to ask for help transfered me I waited half hr still no answer Then I call back the manager didn't care that it wasn't told b4 hand that its served cold af both Mac and cheese and chicken that tasted like pork chops. Should've listened to my husband he stopped eating cracker Barrel for 5+ yrs now he got sick from there food. Good luck at this poor restaurant. They don't care at all abt they taste is their food or that their service is mested up so off to black bear diner or any where but here
