Terrible food. Poor quality. Better wings at pizza hut.

This is just chilis, so keep that in mind. The wings were not good and were so small compared to other places. The BBQ was so sweet and tasted like it was a cinnamon honey wing not bbq. The fries were literally cold and one of my kids asked if they cooked them the day before. I also picked up the food and drove the 3 miles to my house, so I know it wasn't in the car for a long time, and I waited for the order, so its not like the food was there waiting for me. Food was good, when I finally got it. I checked in at curbside and finally went in after not getting my food only to find out they put it with door dash. I made them remake my food and finally got home… an hour later.

I think management can work on a little friendlier approach for customers

Ordered bone in and got boneless, wrong flavor, and cold. Finally after driving around for almost an hour, got home with the “fixed” order, and it was wrong. And cold again. Worst wrong experience ever.
