Feedback gevenSo usually I wouldn’t be so harsh to a restaurant, but we sat in the drive thru for like 5 minutes with no response and two different cars had driven away for this but we had placed a mobile order and couldn’t change locations or cancel it. We drove up and saw a man at the first window and after he looked at us (with an airpod in) he walked away. More than once. We went back around to try again, he was the only one with a headset on and was not answering, and we went to the next window this time and waited an extra few minutes waiting to even be noticed, (we did not honk so I’ll admit it’s harder to see smaller cars at night). But I’m literally waiting for my food still WHILE writing this. And I understand sometimes the food takes a while to get when understaffed for late night shifts. We just got our food, the fries aren’t hot (which again happens. As I’ve worked a McDonald’s before) we were there from 12:27 (I know because we were driving and I was checking to see if it was open). I’m just not exactly happy with this experience. However I’ve had previous good experiences here which is the only reason I put a few more stars than one. The atmosphere I didn’t know how to answer as I’ve never stepped foot inside since living in utah.
I called and asked if they sell hotcakes and the woman over the phone told me to stop calling them! She said this was the 6th time I've called when I haven't even called this place before, horrible
Order taker said they was closed for another hr then they started letting other people order. Ridiculous
I tried getting food just a little after 130am on Thursday and they had technical difficulties resulting in the app charging my card twice while not generating the order. The cashier said they couldn 't do anything about it because their system wasn 't showing my order so not only was I charged twice but they wouldn 't give me the food.I had to contact customer support and they said the charges would drop off after the pending status but they didn 't so I had to contact them again for them to tell me I had to provide bank statements, date and time of order, and location number.4 days and 15 emails later now and I 've still not gotten my money back.I suggest not going to this location in later hours. Just a few days before, I went in and they said they 're only accepting door dash orders and they 're sorry for the inconvenience... Why are they prioritizing door dash when a living, breathing customer was there, in person. Wanting to order.I would give negative stars if I could but it 's not an option.
What I expected from a McDonald's but longer wait for food and seemed short staffed at the time.
