Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food to arrive. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 regular meals, and 2 kids meals. Once our food arrived it was cold.Our waitress was sweet, but she kept forgetting to grab our refills for our drinks and fries as well.

We came and the place was half empty and still had to wait 20 minutes for a table.

I've been coming to this establishment for years and hands down they serve a pretty good burger. FYI the best burger in my opinion is not on the menu, monster burger with cheese, no relish, no pickles is my go to. The best part is the endless fries.

The teenage employees in the “party room” were inflating balloons in their special glass walled closet, they even let a few over fill and pop so they could scare everyone and tweak on helium, this is the sort of work space atmosphere when you limit alcohol to mid tier burgers. The staff are nice, but limited to local laws, and managerial discretion, had I known the real party was happening 7 feet behind me at the faux bar I would have joined them in libating. All the screens were showing the same basketball game, each one I didn’t care for. It f you’re a restraint known for serving beer, serve beer. I will avoid Utah in the future, and Red Robin for “following orders” that defense didn’t work for them, and neither will it you.
