Feedback gevenI think this specific location is awesome as far as service and quality, my main issue is with subway itself, not this specific franchise. They got rid of the spicy Italian sandwich and are now making it the “hotshot Italiano” that forces you to pay for extra cheese even if you don’t want the extra cheese. It’s getting more and more expensive and they are finding more and more little ways to charge you extra and I think it’s pretty ridiculous. The website also has also been constantly not working which means there’s no way to use any coupons because they won’t accept them in store. Again no issue with the location or workers, but because of the menu and website changes it’s just unfortunately hard to eat there anymore.
I don't usually give five stars to places. I just think the teens in there are really nice and they keep the store very clean. I cannot say this about every subway. For it being on a noisy street its real quiet in there. Foods good also.
This review might seem a little picky, but on the door it says closing time 930 and yes I was cutting it close. I got there three minutes to closing but they had already put everything away and told me when I walked in the door they were closed for a sandwich that would’ve taken two minutes to make **** poor customer service. If you close at 9:30 you should be open until 930 and not have everything put away before 930.
We got a coupon from Smith's for 3 footlongs for the price of 2. We were told it was expired and paid more than expected. No big deal, our fault. We got home and realized no, the coupon wasn't expired, we had cut out only half of the section. Said expiration date wasn't even on the coupon part that we presented. If we messed up and handed you the wrong thing, don't tell us a straight up lie. We had the rest of that coupon in our pocket. The girl at the counter asked what day it was. It is 7/26/23, and the coupon SM149JJA has an expiry date of 10/15/23.When you have overworked and stressed teenagers with no command present in a chain that is notoriously stressful and demanding of owners, corners tend to get cut bad. We didn't appreciate this corner cut. This is the second time this has happened. The dude who paid for this effectively just had an hour of his work day pay taken back because the operator couldn't be bothered to spare 10 seconds to explain the situation. We ain't comin' back, and we encourage others to consider avoiding this location.
Been several years since my last visit (Subway (and others) prices have gotten too high) but I had a card and coupon. Friendly people, veggies looked good, store looked old, but clean. I like having my mustard put down on the meat side of the bread first, some stores got grouchy but they did it a a smile. they did the build the way I wanted, check out had a problem with the card, but he did several tries and it finally took. One feature that could be good or bad, they asked if I wanted a bag and they are using the old fashion paper sleeve (like french bread at the grocery) that take one sandwich. Nice for one, but not if juggling more sandwiches (hope they still have bigger bags if needed). Primary reason for 4 (really 4.5) stars. Historically I considered Subway food as better than most of the sandwich shops I used to visit but not the best. For the price they were the better one for me. I could have paid more but the price/experience was the best here.
