Delicious food and beautiful presentation. The location is mostly tables on the outer deck right by the sea. Gabriel, our beautiful waiter, was particularly attentive.

Las Nubes is a jewel between the palms in a magical part of Isla Holbox. Its white stucco buildings with sophisticated roofs are connected by a series of carefully sophisticated white sand paths and ordinary promenades that migrate through this Caribbean paradise. The staff is happy and professional, with a smile and an excellent service for our guests. In the heart of the resort, the waterfront restaurant offers three meals a day of inspired and perfectly prepared meals in the coolest of the Vibes. The staff – Kenny, Gabriel, Oscar, Fabian, Nacho and several others – are exemplary hosts and ambassadors of the celebrated hospitality of the island. They filled our days with laughs, lessons in Spanish and Maya, and of course, lush food. From the elevated dining platform we went directly to the flat white sandy beach, which extends along the north side of the island, and when we were tired, we sat on the raised bungalows of the accompanying beach club. If you are looking for a simple, low key trip with a beloved or friends, you should really consider Las Nubes. You'll be glad you did it.

The hotel is a little busy with families during the days and a beach club that is a bit loud, but the restaurant is fabulous and the atmosphere and attention to detail, the willingness to accommodate special requests, and an incredibly well-trained staff make this one of the best restaurants we had the pleasure to enjoy while in Hobox. We watched a gorgeous sunset while sipping on cocktails. We had the best steak on the island and hands down the best service from our new friend Gabriel. He made the evening even more enjoyable and entertaining! This man is a gem!
