For the cook, your recipes and presentation are fantastic and the quality of food together with the originality is really worth waiting. The service is really in need of improvement, in fact our waiter was not willing to explain the dishes to us or even help us choose. At one point we asked for small plates so that we could share the different dishes we had chosen and we gave up because we didn't want the food to get cold. I recommend this to everyone who visits Holbox and wants to let the cook know that we appreciate the delicious dishes, something please improve the service!

It seemed like they were short employees because the service was very slow. They started turning people away a bit after we were there at 8:00. Our food was good our drinks were great wish it didn't take so long. We starved when we got our food.

Just better than all the others, simply put that is all. Eating everything they offered seafood dishes, ceviche dishes, lobster risotto.. not the most gorgeous in Holbox, its more basic and simple in terms of decor, but the dishes blew us away in flavor, and when we got the bill at the end of the night..even more pleased!
