When there is a problem, a saleswoman and the boss become very unfriendly. They make a small mistake and turn it into a disaster when we tell them. We called yesterday morning at 8am to order a king cake for 6 people at around 21st on the Disney theme, we insisted on knowing if there was a Disney bean in it. Positive answer. But surprise, inside it 's a Banania bean. I call the bakery around 4 p.m. to find out more, a saleswoman seems to doubt what I tell her, insists by saying that they only have Disney beans and above all I have the impression of disturbing her to remain polite . Finally she told me to come by the next morning to “maybe” pick up a Disney bean. My partner and my brother still come the same day at 5 p.m. but the saleswoman insists that they come back the next morning, she doesn 't know where the beans are stored , always so poorly received. Okay, my partner comes back the next morning at 8 a.m.: “there haven’t been any beans since the day before.” He was told that his request on the phone never existed and that the saleswoman was not aware of the breakup, but that my partner should have asked another employee to be sure of the availability of the beans! Knowing that the other saleswoman at the end of the afternoon was also obviously unaware of this breakup. He asks to buy the box of Disney beans for 30 euros which is still available and asks if a commercial gesture is possible: the answer is NO. He leaves empty-handed, we had him moved for nothing when giving me a phone call would have been so simple. No commercial gesture, no acknowledgment of the error, no apology, not a croissant or anything offered, nothing. My partner comes home and I am very upset to be so poorly received in this bakery, I phone to convey my dissatisfaction. I 'm no longer looking to have the famous bean or anything but simply to say that I don 't like their way of doing things and receiving. The boss takes the phone and explains to me again that we should have gone all the way around the employees to find out that there was no more bean, that yesterday morning the person was not aware of the shortage obviously the evening one wasn 't either, lie or truth this break? and that they only have Bananias left but with Disney packaging and crown. I told him that we still wanted to buy the box with a small commercial gesture, the boss replied once again that my partner asked the wrong person and that we should have asked someone else, we We therefore have to go all around the bakery when we want information. The boss gets carried away and explains to me that he is going to take the Disney bean in a cake from a gentleman who placed an order for 40 Disney cakes at the beginning of the month, that he is therefore going to take the bean away from him and exchange for a Banania. I obviously refuse, it 's not honest. The boss replies, “Are you kidding me?!” He insists on giving me this bean or delivering it to me. I am not selfish and ask him to keep this bean in the cake, so that the gentleman is not disappointed. We have 2 options: either this story of 40 pancakes is true and the boss proves that he is not honest, or this story is false and he had around 40 beans but simply refused to give them to us at the start I could even choose the one I wanted... . But whatever. Very upset, he told me to put a negative Google review and “he will respond well”. Unlike him, I tell him that I have nothing to reproach myself for. In short, you made a big deal over a simple bean, when it would have been so easy to tell us, in words, that you were sorry and that it was simply a mistake. Receiving poorly on the phone and in person does not help to calm down a problem situation, you could have played down the situation rather than adding to it each time by blaming US 1001 thing

I highly recommend this bakery which offers quality products. Everything is a treat! Our Christmas desserts, Vacherin and Montelimar Log, were to die for.
