Salmon sushi are delicious, but there are also other fish sushi to discover (I recommend taking a sushi assortment to taste different fish. There are also specialties such as soft crab (crabe mou frit or kakuni (porc mijoté that is rarely found in other Japanese restaurants in France. The price is slightly higher than other Japanese restaurants but is largely justified by quality! I'll be right back!
Good restaurant and very friendly service. A little expensive but this is due to the quality of the products and the kitchen. The fried chicken and tuna tataki were delicious. The desserts are nicely presented and very tasty. A good address to eat something other than sushi because Japanese cuisine is much more varied. The restaurant runs along the children's park on the square and it is easy to park at night.
A very healthy and delicious cuisine. It is felt that the products used are of quality and that the chef puts a lot of attention to making dishes. To ruin everything, beer is excellent.
Excellent cuisine! I took a Chirashi Kyo, with a pair of sushi and a sorbet with sesame seeds. Chirashi is very hearty, and all fish are as good as others. The rice, below, blends perfectly with the dish and is a pleasure. Caramelized eels are also excellent, surely my favorite dish. The sorbet with sesame seeds, perfect to soften its mouth and finish on a soft note, after eating a lot of Wasabi of very good quality, but in high quantity rises and burns the nose a little. Only flat if he had to have one, the price, a little high. But service and product deserve it entirely. I highly recommend, my best Japanese cooking experience in the area.
Just perfect yesterday. Everything's good, fresh, exquisite. Staff at the top. For me the best Japanese in Aix... from a distance Thank you
