Feedback gevenI decided to go inside to check on our order, and I found four employees standing around the counter chatting, with no customers inside the restaurant. When I asked about our food, one of the employees said it would be just two minutes. I returned to my vehicle, and about ten minutes later, a different employee brought out our food. He apologized for the wait, and when my sister asked what had caused the delay, he rudely responded, "Well, do you want them raw?" My sister told him not to be so rude, and without warning, he started yelling, instructing us to never come back and to leave immediately. My sister questioned his childish behavior, and he screamed that he would call the police. We left, only to find out they had given us the wrong order—chicken strips instead of our cheeseburger and fries! This was by far the worst experience we've ever had at this restaurant. We will not be returning. The service was terrible, and the staff was incredibly rude. What a disappointment! They need to do better!

The food at this place is quite disappointing. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a biscuit, and it was not good at all. The biscuits were falling apart as soon as I touched them. What really did it for me, though, was when my child Darcie ordered a small vanilla shake—the whipped cream on top was bad. It was super chunky and definitely spoiled. I hate to say it, but the restrooms here are also very unclean. They really need to hire someone to take care of that.
They charge you for items you don't receive, may very well be a good way to make extra money but it's a great way to lose customers. Then the manager refuses to give out the main phone number says he doesn't have it.
The location itself is decent and relatively clean for a fast food restaurant. However, the girl who took our order didn’t seem very competent. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt—maybe she’s new or just having a rough day. But I was shocked when I saw her eating fries directly from the hopper where they pile them before salting. To make matters worse, she helped herself to a few of my fries while transferring them from the hopper to the bag. We placed a large order, and to their credit, they got about 80% of it right. Unfortunately, when we started eating, the fries were cold and greasy, and the rest of the food was warm but not hot. I’ve visited this franchise at other locations before and never had issues like this. I won’t be returning to this place again.
