Feedback gevenThis Dunkin’ used to be my place, but it seems that her afternoon team has no customer service skills, there were times when I waited on the auto-dru speaker for 20 minutes to be helped. They always seem very rude.
A special trip for pumpkin spice donut, which was fantastic! I also filled a jelly that was dry and hard. It tasted like it had been a while since yesterday. There were also dirty tables with crumbs. The cashier inside was friendly. The black coffee was good as any simple black coffee should be.
I don 't know about you but I try to stay away from donuts in general, but when I get a mean craving, I prefer Dunkin Donuts to the rest. Yummy! Recently I headed down to my neighborhood store on Marina Bay Drive to my delight amazement, they were stocked fresh! Now this is a smaller store, there 's no baker on premises, so the earlier you get there the better. Hint: If you need to order more than a dozen, please call ahead make your orders by phone. That will leave a bigger selection for the rest of us! Thanks ahead of time. Also, the drive thru service is timed , part of their customer service, so remember that if you walk in. They even take special orders by phone for their festive holiday donuts, so cute for sharing with classmates co-workers! The specialty items are SO delicious, try the Pumpkin Cheesecake Square!!! The staff in-duty were friendly helpful, (I ask a lot of questions) my donut experience a 5! Check them out soon.
Great Service but…I ordered a bagel with cream cheese bacon and didn’t get the bacon. It’s not a big deal, but it’s very frustrating to come all the way and pay for something that I didn’t receive. Sure, it’s just fast food, but it was a breakfast-in-bed treat for my spouse. Please take more care in your work.
Upon reaching the window to pay and pick up our items, we noticed that one of the three employees was idly leaning against the counter, not appearing to have anything to do. After leaving the parking lot, we checked our bag and found that two of our items were missing. Fortunately, the staff member was quick to respond when we mentioned this at the microphone, and they apologized, handing us the missing items right away at the window. However, while driving, we realized that one of the drinks tasted wrong, and the other didn’t seem to have the milk we requested. Overall, this place is a real hit or miss. Sometimes the service and food are excellent, while other times, either the service falls short or the food doesn't meet expectations.
