Feedback gevenUnfortunatetly this was my first my last time here. The food looked old and there refried beans were all crusty so was the rice, To top it off the the service was not friendly. There was an older gentleman ahead of me, asking the server questions she really looked annoyed with him and wasn’t very kind. She than walked over to the registers and stood there, while myself and another individual was in line she didn’t offer to help us. A woman walked in the building and asked me “have you been helped” I told her “no.” Than another woman rushed over to the serving line and I made an order. Than I go to pay for the meal, the cashiers are talking about personal things as in Dr.Appts etc. This establishment was messy and very unprofessional. I wasn’t going to make the purchase but it was too late. It was in the moment and I had stood there for too long already. Wasted my lunch break…. What a disappointment!! No I’m back at work with my stomach touching my back til 8pm tonight!!!
Does this facility ever have coffee? The last two times I've gone in the morning 5:30 ish, there isn't any coffee. Is the coffee available after 8? I lately have had to get my tacos there and go somewhere else for coffee. Just curious
I don 't know how they can have 4 to 5 people working, yet somehow they are out of tortillas, which tend to be pretty important for a taco shop, or out of the bacon/eggs almost every time I 've gone there. There seems to be 1 or 2 people working up front and more than that in the back and there will be a line of people just waiting to order. The store manager will talk down to the food workers about how they should have everything done but if she is the manager, it seems to me that she should be managing and not let it get to that point. If the manager had managed better, she wouldn 't have to yell at them in front of a store full of customers, but she always seems to be too busy walking around and not helping until it 's too late. She was bragging about how the store would ve on the news 2 weeks ago and when someone asked why, she said she isn 't supposed to say anything.... then why is she yelling it to a store full of people??? An employee was tied up in the office and robbed but she is so worried that she has to tell everyone with ears about it.
This store manager needs to go to other stores in smaller cities and learn what good customer service is. Refusal to refill the salsa bar when there is literally no salsa is just ridiculous. It would have taken 2 minutes to refill the salsas. What good are tacos without salsa?!
I go here a lot in the morning when I get off work and the breakfast tacos are some of the best you can get.
