Leap Inn

An old inn on the Cork road, it is both a pub and restaurant that serves the community and travellers in a very warm and welcoming way. Great atmosphere and service. The Leap Inn is a perennial favorite...And their Friday evening fish and chips special is such a great value. Post pandemic they are once again going strong and the food is better than ever, the specials are truly a great value. Update, summer of 2023. There's a new patio area now that is delightful for dining alfresco. The roast dinners are truly delicious, I had the chicken ham, my husband had the roast beef, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower served on the side. All done to perfection.

Fabulous little place in Leap! The food service was amazing and all the dishes were tasty. The drinks were good too! Stop there for food you won’t be disappointed.

I have never tasted a steak as good as the one I had at this restaurant.

Nice eating at a good price, great service, traditional Irish feel pub

We have passed this place countless times and decided on a whim on this sunday evening to stop in. Lovely dinner in a friendly family bar. Good choices and menu but didn't see any vegetarian or vegan options on mains (but we are meat eaters anyway). We had beef and hake in mussel sauce. Yummy! Attentive and friendly staff too!
